Hopeful Story, January 14, 2018

Every Tuesday evening from 7 – 8:30 our GEMS Girls Club and Cadet Boys Club meet here at Hope Fellowship to offer kids from Grade 3 to Grade 8 an engaging, faith based program. The excitement that is generated in this place is infectious to all who attend
.
The hope with both Clubs is to provide a youth ministry where girls and boys can develop a living relationship to Jesus Christ and bring the share Christ’s love with the community.
Our leaders believe that the mission statement of Hope Fellowship should be incorporated into the community of GEMS and Cadets on a regular basis.
GEMS and Cadets seek to build lasting relationships with each other through friendship and mentorship development.
The word of God, prayer, and worship is essential to the clubs’ composition.
Both GEMS and Cadets seek out ways to bless their community through a variety of service projects, community clean up, operation Christmas Child, collecting coats.
Our prayer is to reach out to the KIDS of COURTICE and offer them an evening each week where they could come and meet new friends, learn some new skills and build a relationship with an amazing God.
Some fun stats: 41% of the girls that attend GEMS have no church connection and 20% of the boys that attend Cadets have no Church connection.
